Supported browsers: Internet Explorer 6, MS Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, Mozilla Firefox 3; JAVA JRE 5 from update 11, JRE 6.

NOTE:

“Pop-up blockers”: in order for the application to work properly pop-up blockers must be turned OFF if active on user computer. Hint: If you can’t locate the source program running the pop-up blocker utility on the local PC: while attempting to open a pop-up application page, hold down the ctrl (control) key to temporarily disable any pop-up blockers that may be turned on.

Communication:
PROXY: Allow to create "Keep-Alive" HTTP connections. Allow do download JAR files and allow to download large files from www.lmelive.com.
Bandwidth: network infrastructure must provide bandwidth at least 512Kbits (recommended) between client computer and the LMElive system, www.lmelive.com.
Proxy and Firewall Requirements: To properly run the application developed with JAVA™ technology see checklist below:
1. The client establishes all communications
2. TCP ports 80 and 443: ensure that these ports are open for socket connections (outbound, established, Bi-directional, etc. depending on the type of appliance or application you use).
3. The JAVA™ applets should be enabled and allowed to traverse.
4. Cache type systems may need to be reconfigured, to pass the application.
Sun JAVA™Plug-in
Sun JAVA™ J2SE Runtime Environment latest version is required to run the JAVA™ application. You will be prompted to download the required JAVA™ environment and plug-in automatically when first accessing the application, if it is not already installed on your PC.
To download the latest version direct from the Sun JAVA™ web site:
- Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp site to download JAVA™ Plug-in
- follow instructions on the screen
to download a version compatible with your PC OS.
- Please note A “Security Warning” may display before the download process starts.
Corporate users: Please note, you may need to have admin rights on the local PC to be able to complete the download process - Click ‘Yes’ on the “Security Warning” pop-up window and then…continue.

- Click ‘I Accept’ for the Agreement (Sun) in order to proceed with the auto-download and installation.
JAVA™ Download issues:
If experiencing problems accessing the application AFTER installation of the JAVA™ plug-in (failed to download properly), it is most likely not working properly with the browser (e.g. IE) version; OR in some corporate networks auto-downloads and installations may not be allowed. Check with your IT department.
Make sure all pop-up blockers are turned off on the desktop before proceeding.
